  • Shipping & Delivery

    Our goal is to ship within 24-48 hours from the receipt of payment. When customizing a server/workstation we request at least 72 hours to make sure everything will be functioning properly before departure. On smaller, individual items, typically they will be shipped the same day as long as payment clears before 2 PM CST.

    We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier picked for each shipment is based upon what is most economical option while reaching the consumer in a timely manner. USPS shipments are sent Priority Mail 2-3 day in the United States. UPS shipments are sent via UPS Ground service 3-5 business day's in the United States. If you need shipments expedited to you, contact us directly and we can arrange that. If you need shipments sent to a PO Box or APO please be sure all address information is entered correctly and USPS will be your shipping carrier. Hawaii or Alaskan resident's please contact for a quote on shipping.

  • Returns & Replacements

    A DOA Warranty is simply a guarantee that the item will not be Deal on Arrival. A 7 Day DOA Warranty allows for 7 calendar days after the delivery date to open and test the item. This is a limited warranty and does not cover performance, appearance or compatibility. This is a DOA replacement warranty. No refunds will be processed unless a replacement is unavailable. If a replacement is available it will be shipped within 24 hours of reception of the DOA product. We include a 30-day service warranty giving you added confidence on the purchase of any product from our site. If an additional warranty is needed, please contact us and we can quote you for the additional warranty period.

    Start a Return Request (Click Here). We do not accept returns without an RMA #. We will respond to the RMA within 24 hours and either setup a replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.

  • Ordering

    Orders placed will be processed within a 24-48 hour time frame. Most orders will leave the facility within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Customized configurations may take up to 72 hours before departure. Upon shipping, you ("Buyer") will be notified of shipping carrier and tracking information. If there is an error with the shipping address, additional time will be required to contact and receive the correct shipping address.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    The price for the Goods is stated in the invoice and, unless otherwise specified by Seller, is payable within 72 hours. If Buyer does not make payment when due, Buyer shall pay a fee on past due amounts of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less. Pricing excludes federal tax, state and local sales tax, use and other taxes, any customs charges/duties, or any charges within the country designated for delivery by Buyer. Buyer shall bear responsibility for all such taxes, duties, and/or charges.

    You can view order details and progress at anytime in the 'My Orders' tab located inside the 'My Account' tab.

  • Updating Account Information

    You can update account information and shipping destination's at anytime in the 'My Account' tab.
